研究目的：

通过前瞻性循证评价临床研究，明确桑白皮汤联合保真汤序贯辨证治疗支气管扩张症（继发铜绿假单胞菌定植）中医辨证规律、效应特点及适用范围，挖掘古方新用价值，形成可推广的适宜技术  

Objectives of Study：

Through prospective evidence-based clinical research, Sangbaipi decoction combined with Baozheng decoction was used to differentiate the syndromes of bronchiectasis (secondary Pseudomonas aeruginosa colonization) in TCM syndrome differentiation. Appropriate technology for promotion

纳入标准：

试验1：桑白皮汤加载阿奇霉素治疗支气管扩张症痰热蕴肺证的临床研究
1. 符合支气管扩张症诊断标准患者；
2. 符合痰热蕴肺证中医诊断标准；
3. 年龄范围在18-70岁间；
4. 无相关药物过敏史；
5. 自愿接受该治疗方案，并签署知情同意书。
试验2：保真汤序贯治疗支气管扩张症气阴两虚证的临床研究
1. 完成试验1桑白皮汤干预治疗且符合气阴两虚证患者，
或者未经过中医药治疗但符合支扩气阴两虚证诊断标准；
2. 年龄范围在18-70岁间；
3. 无相关药物过敏史；
4. 自愿接受该治疗方案，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Test 1: Sang Baipi Decoction loaded with azithromycin in the treatment of bronchiectasis phlegm heat accumulation lung syndrome clinical study
1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for bronchiectasis;
2. It meets the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine for phlegm-heat accumulation lung syndrome;
3. The age range is between 18-70 years old;
4. No history of allergy to related drugs;
5. Voluntarily accept the treatment plan and sign an informed consent form.
Trial 2: Clinical Study of Baozhen Decoction for Sequential Treatment of Bronchodilator Qi and Yin Deficiency Syndrome
1. Complete the trial 1 Sang Baipi Tang interventional treatment and meet the two syndromes of qi and yin deficiency,
Or it has not been treated with traditional Chinese medicine but meets the diagnostic criteria for qi and yin deficiency syndrome;
2. The age range is between 18-70 years old;
3. No history of allergy to related drugs;
4. Voluntarily accept the treatment plan and sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

试验1：桑白皮汤加载阿奇霉素治疗支气管扩张症痰热蕴肺证的临床研究
1. 已知对中药或阿奇霉素过敏者；
2. 继发或者原发肝肾功能损害未治愈者；
3. 合并糖尿病或心脑血管、肾、肺、造血系统等严重原发性疾病者；
4. 并发严重心肺功能不全者；
5. 妊娠或哺乳期患者；
6. 患有不易控制的精神病史者；
7. 因疾病如（如消化道出血而禁食）等不能服用中药者

5. Patients who are pregnant or lactating;
6. Those with a history of mental illness that is difficult to control;
