研究目的:

通过磷酸化蛋白质组学结合传统蛋白质组学的手段筛查特发性黄斑前膜患者玻璃体液、内界膜和黄斑前膜中显著变化的分子,并分析其在发病机制中可能的作用,为下一步分子机制研究和治疗靶标的确定奠定基础。  

Objectives of Study:

Screening for significantly changed molecules in vitreous humor, internal limiting membrane and epiretinal membrane of patients with idiopathic macular epiretinal membrane by phosphorylated proteomics combined with traditional proteomics, and analyzing their possible roles in pathogenesis,laying the foundation for the next molecular mechanism research and the determination of therapeutic targets.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1.男女不限,年龄20-90岁,均同意参加本研究并签署知情同意书;2.经OCT(Optical Coherence Tomography,光学相干断层扫描)检查诊断为特发性黄斑前膜或特发性黄斑裂孔并需要手术治疗的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. No limit in gender,ages 20-90 years old, both agree to participate in this study and sign an informed consent; 2. Patients diagnosed as idiopathic macular epiretinal membrane or idiopathic macular hole by OCT (Optical Coherence Tomography) examination and need surgical treatment.

排除标准:

1.既往患眼内炎患者;2.有玻璃体视网膜手术史患者;3.既往行眼内注射患者;4.患有青光眼、视网膜静脉阻塞、年龄相关性黄斑变性等其它眼底病变者;5.特发性黄斑裂孔患者出现黄斑前膜者;6.糖尿病患者。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Patients with previous endophthalmitis; 2. Patients with a history of vitreoretinal surgery; 3. Patients with previous intraocular injection; 4. Patients with glaucoma, retinal vein occlusion, age-related macular degeneration and other ocular fundus disease; 5. Patients with idiopathic macular hole appear macular epiretinal membrane; 6.Diabetics.
