研究目的：

本实验旨在探究类风湿关节炎nrf2的表达以及对类风湿关节炎的保护性机制。  

Objectives of Study：

We aim to examine the nrf2 expression level in the synovium of rheumatoid arthritis and explore the protective mechanisms of nrf2.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

① 年龄≥18岁；
② 所有RA患者均诊断均符合1987年美国风湿病学学会（American Rheumatism Association, ACR）修订的RA分类标准或2010年ACR联合欧洲风湿病防治联盟（European League Against Rheumatism，EULAR）制定的早期RA分类标准。所有OA患者均诊断符合1995年美国风湿病学学会（American Rheumatism Association, ACR）关于膝骨关节炎的诊断标准。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged >= 18 years;
2. All the RA patients should meet the 1987 ACR RA criteria or 2010 ACR/EULAR early RA criteria.ALL the OA patients should meet the 1995 ACR OA criteria.

排除标准：

① 年龄≥70岁；
② 排除糖尿病、肥胖、病毒感染、恶性肿瘤；严重呼吸系统疾病、精神疾病，以及妊娠或哺乳期；
③ 合并其他自身免疫性疾病：如系统性红斑狼疮、硬皮病、（皮）肌炎、结节性多动脉炎、冷球蛋白血症、肾小球肾炎等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients aged over 70 years;
2. Patients with diabetes, obesity, virus infection, and malignant tumor; severe respiratory diseases, mental diseases, and pregnancy or lactation;
3. Patients with other autoimmune diseases: systemic lupus erythematosus, scleroderma, (dermatomyositis), nodular polyarteritis, cryoglobulinemia, glomerulonephritis, etc.
