研究目的：

探索肠道菌群移植在老年功能性便秘患者中治疗的有效性和安全性,研究治疗前后肠道菌群的变化。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the efficacy and safety of intestinal flora transplantation in elderly patients with functional constipation, and to study the changes of intestinal flora before and after treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1） 年龄在60岁以上，性别不限；
2） 符合功能性便秘罗马Ⅲ诊断标准；
3） 经口服药物或生物反馈疗法等综合治疗半年后仍便秘；
4） 无严重心功能不全（心功能II级及以上）、肝肾功能基本正常；
5） 患者接受上一次治疗后至少2周；
6） 预期生存时间大于12月；
7） 能合作观察不良事件和疗效；
8） 本人或其法定代理人签署书面知情同意书；
9） 既往无腹腔手术的病史；
10） 凝血功能正常。

Inclusion criteria

1) ≥ 60 years old, regardless of gender;
2) Functional constipation Roman Ⅲ diagnostic standard;
3) Constipation after six months of combined treatment with oral drugs or biofeedback therapy;
4) No severe cardiac insufficiency (cardiac function level II or above) and basically normal liver and kidney functions;
5) At least 2 weeks after the patient received the last treatment;
6) The expected survival time is longer than 12 months;
7) Cooperate to observe adverse events and therapeutic effects;
8) Written informed consent signed by me or his legal representative;
9) No previous history of abdominal surgery;
10) Normal coagulation function.

排除标准：

1）不符合功能性便秘的罗马Ⅲ诊断标准；
2）患者对这项技术有任何疑虑或者存在其他风险史；
3）患者处于疾病末期；
4）患者肠道菌群移植前三个月参与其他临床试验；
5）入组前已参加其他任何菌群治疗；
6）乙肝、结核、梅毒及HIV阳性者或任何传染性疾病急性期；
7）心功能II级及以上，转氨酶升高超过正常上限的两倍，肾功能不全CKD3及以下；
8）发热体温在38℃以上或临床上有明显的活动性感染；
9）血红蛋白＜60 g/L、中性粒细胞绝对值＜1.5×109/L、PT延长1.5秒以上；有严重免疫缺陷者；
10）明显的心脑血管异常或根据研究者判断患者患有增加室性心率失常风险的心脏病；
11）试验期间研究者认定的可能影响受试者依从性和/或完成试验相关操作的相关临床禁忌症。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Do not conform to the Roman Ⅲ criteria for diagnosis of functional constipation;
2) The patient has any doubts about the technique or has a history of other risks;
3) The patient is in the terminal stage of the disease;
4) The patients were involved in other clinical trials three months before intestinal flora transplantation;
5) Have participated in any other flora treatment before enrollment;
6) Hepatitis b, tuberculosis, syphilis, HIV positive or any infectious disease in the acute phase;
7) Cardiac function level II or above, transaminase increase more than twice the normal upper limit, renal insufficiency CKD3 or below;
8) Fever temperature above 38℃ or clinically significant active infection;
9) Hemoglobin < 60 g/L, neutrophil absolute value < 1.5×109/L, PT prolonged for more than 1.5 seconds; People with severe immune deficiency;
10) Obvious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular abnormalities or heart disease with increased risk of ventricular arrhythmias as determined by the researchers;
11) Relevant clinical contraindications identified by the investigator during the trial that may affect subject compliance and/or completion of trial-related procedures.
