1.分析和筛选过敏性紫癜进展成紫癜性肾炎的危险因素； 2.构建儿童紫癜性肾炎的临床预测模型，评估预测模型的临床效能；并进行可视化呈现； 3.对构建的临床预测模型进行内验证和外验证；进一步评估模型的临床应用价值。  

Objectives of Study：

1.To analyze and screen the risk factors of allergic purpura progressing to purpura nephritis 2.To construct a clinical prediction model for children with purpura nephritis and evaluate its clinical efficacy;And visual presentation 3.The clinical prediction model was validated both internally and externally.The clinical application value of the model was further evaluated

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.涉及的研究对象≤18岁；
2.符合HSP的诊断标准（8版《诸福棠实用儿科学》）；
3.随访时间≥6月。

Inclusion criteria

1. Subjects <= 18 years old;
2. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of HSP (8 version of zhufutang Practical Pediatrics);
3. Follow up time >= 6 months.

排除标准：

1.除狼疮性肾炎、IgA肾病、链球菌感染后肾炎等其他肾脏疾病。
2.排除合并严重感染、肿瘤等其他疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with other kidney diseases except lupus nephritis, IgA nephropathy and post streptococcal nephritis;
2. Patients with serious infection, tumor and other diseases.
