Objectives of Study：

To investigate the outcome of surgical treatment of primary UPJO in adults.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

1. 原发性 UPJO， 且既往未行手术治疗的患者。
2. 18 岁≤年龄≤75 岁。

Inclusion criteria

1.Primary UPJO with no previous surgical treatment.
2.Aged 18-75 years;

排除标准：

1. 合并妊娠
2. 不签署知情同意以及不能配合研究的患者
3. 研究者认为需排除的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Pregnant women;
2.Unable to give informed consent or cooperate.
3.The condition that the researchers think should be excluded.
