研究目的：

1）测量评估导航引导不同类型的颌骨缺损重建手术的精确度； 2）明确影响导航引导颌骨缺损重建手术精确度的相关因素； 3）评价导航引导颌骨缺损重建手术后患者的面部外形及咀嚼、语音等功能恢复的情况；  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the precision and determine the potential predictors affecting the clinical outcomes of navigation-assisted maxillofacial reconstruction.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

A）原发与单侧上颌骨良性或者恶性肿瘤，行导航应倒下单侧上颌骨次全切除术或全切除术；
B）原发下颌骨良性或者恶性肿瘤，行导航引导下颌骨区段截骨术（包括或不包括单侧髁突切除）；
C）上颌骨肿瘤切除手术同期或二期应用游离腓骨瓣、股前外侧皮瓣或髂骨瓣（结合个性化钛网）在导航引导下修复肿瘤切除术后上颌骨缺损；
D）下颌骨肿瘤切除手术同期应用游离腓骨瓣或髂骨瓣（结合个性化重建钛板）在导航引导下修复肿瘤切除术后下颌骨缺损；

Inclusion criteria

(1) primary or secondary reconstruction of the maxilla and mandible with free vascularized flap;
(2) use of pre-operative virtual surgical planning and surgical navigation system intraoperatively;
(3) no recurrence or residual tumor; and
(4) complete flap survival.

排除标准：

A) 无完整术后影像学检查；
B）术中因改变手术方案未行游离皮瓣者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) incomplete postoperative CT datasets;
(2) failed flap cases.
