研究目的：

探讨支气管封堵器在小儿胸腔镜手术中应用的可行性及其对肺萎陷效果的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To describe the feasibility of bronchial blocker in pediatric thoracoscopic surgery and study the influence of bronchial blocker on lung collapse.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、年龄1~6岁，ASA分级为I~II级；
2、张口度正常，头颈部活动良好；
3、择期行胸腔镜手术；
4、患儿及家属知情同意并自愿参与研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. The patients were 1-6 years old, ASA was graded I-II;
2. Normal mouth opening, good head and neck movement;
3. Elective thoracoscopic surgery;
4. Informed consent of children and their families and voluntary participation in the study.

排除标准：

1、术前呼吸道感染；
2、喘息性肺炎、喘息性支气管炎；
3、气道结构异常；
4、严重肝、肾等器质性疾病，凝血功能异常；
5、术中临时由胸腔镜手术转为开胸手术者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Respiratory tract infection before operation;
2. Asthmatic pneumonia, asthmatic bronchitis;
3. Abnormal airway structure;
4. Severe liver, kidney and other organic diseases, abnormal coagulation function;
5. Temporary conversion from thoracoscopic surgery to thoracotomy during operation.
