研究目的：

明确头皮电针（sEA）和经颅电刺激(tDCS)的极性对初级运动皮层的大脑可塑性影响，并进一步明确tDCS联合sEA是否比单纯的tDCS或者sEA对脑运动区可塑性更有效、更为稳定，以便能更好的运用于临床脑病的治疗。  

Objectives of Study：

To provide empirical evidence for the polarity of scalp electroacupuncture(sEA) and tDCS induced neurophysiological outcomes and neuromodulatory effects on the primary motor cortex, and further investigated whether tDCS combined with sEA would be more efficacious and stable than tDCS or sEA on cerebral plasticity of motor region, so as to be better applied in the treatment of clinical encephalopathy.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)年龄在20-30岁之间。
(2)身体健康，无神经系统疾病，无心脏病史，无癫痫史。
(3)右利手。
(4)躯体和精神健康状况良好。
(5)睡眠质量良好。
(6)签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Aged 20-30 years;
(2) The subjects had no history of nervous system disease, heart disease and epilepsy;
(3) Right-handed;
(4) Good physical and mental health;
(5) Sleep quality is normal;
(6) Sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

(1)局部皮肤感染、溃疡、瘢痕，存在出血倾向及严重的出血性疾病与凝血障碍疾病，对针刺过分敏感受试者。
(2)心境障碍、抑郁及躁狂等精神病病史，癫痫病史或癫痫发作史，一级亲属有癫痫病史；患有严重的精神疾病或伴发精神症状者。
(3)身体局部有金属植入物,磁共振或者经颅磁禁忌症者。
(4)未知原因的、对药物治疗无效的复发性头痛；颅骨骨折和/或严重头部损伤；头部和/或脑部手术史。
(5)正在服用三环类抗抑郁药、精神安定药或者其他控制癫痫发作的药物。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Local skin infections, ulcers, scars, hemorrhagic tendencies, severe hemorrhagic diseases and coagulation disorders were found in subjects who were over-sensitive to acupuncture.
(2) Psychiatric history such as mood disorder, depression and mania, epilepsy or seizure history, first-degree relatives have epilepsy history, and those with severe mental illness or accompanying mental symptoms.
(3) Those with metal implants, magnetic resonance imaging or transcranial magnetic contraindications in the body.
(4) Recurrent headache with unknown causes and ineffective drug treatment; skull fracture and/or severe head injury; head and/or brain surgery history.
(5) They are taking tricyclic antidepressants, psychotropic tranquilizers or other drugs to control seizures.
