研究目的：

借助于节段性上颌骨截骨术和同期牙槽突裂植骨术，将复杂牙槽突裂简单化，为复杂性牙槽突裂的治疗提供了一种新的技术方法。  

Objectives of Study：

By means of segmental maxillary osteotomy and concurrent bone grafting, we turn complex cleft type into a simple and manageable cleft, which offers an alternative approach in the closure of clefts with severe vertical discrepancy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 诊断为单侧完全性牙槽突裂，伴或不伴腭裂；
2. 年龄大于12岁，尖牙已萌出，裂隙两侧骨段存在明显台阶，且牙槽突裂隙宽度小于10mm；
3. 患者法定监护人自愿参加本研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients diagnosed as unilateral complete alveolar cleft with or without cleft palate;
2. For the subjects older than 12 years, the canine has erupted, and there are obvious steps in the bone segments on both sides of the fracture, and the width of the alveolar process fracture is less than 10 mm;
3. The legal guardian of the patient voluntarily participated in the study and signed the informed consent.

排除标准：

1. 综合征性唇腭裂患者；
2. 伴有身体其他方面畸形或先天性疾病的患者；
3. 施行术前正畸治疗；
4. 施行上颌骨截骨术。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with cleft lip and palate syndrome;
2. Patients with other deformities or congenital diseases;
3. Patients with preoperative orthodontic treatment;
4. Patients who had maxillary osteotomy.
