研究目的：

借助于节段性上颌骨截骨术和同期牙槽突裂植骨术，将复杂牙槽突裂简单化，为复杂性牙槽突裂的治疗提供了一种新的技术方法。  

Objectives of Study：

By means of segmental maxillary osteotomy and concurrent bone grafting we turn complex cleft type into a simple and manageable cleft, which offers an alternative approach in the closure of clefts with severe vertical discrepancy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

① 非综合征性唇腭裂患者；
② 诊断为单侧完全性牙槽突裂，伴或不伴腭裂；
③ 年龄大于12岁，尖牙已萌出，裂隙两侧骨段存在明显台阶，且牙槽突裂隙宽度小于10mm；
④ 未施行术前正畸治疗；
⑤ 未施行上颌骨截骨术；
⑥ 患者法定监护人自愿参加本研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① non-syndromic patients;
② Unilateral complete cleft alveolar,with or without cleft palate;
③ Patients older than 12 with completely erupted canine and severe vertical discrepancy of cleft segments; the width of cleft is less than 10mm;
④ no preoperative or orthodontic treatment;
⑤ no segmental maxillary osteotomy;
⑥ The legal guardian of patients voluntarily participated in the study and signed the informed consent.

排除标准：

① 综合征性唇腭裂患者；
② 伴有身体其他方面畸形或先天性疾病的患者；
③ 年龄小于12岁，或牙槽突裂隙宽度大于10mm；
④ 患者或法定监护人不愿参加本研究；

Exclusion criteria：

① Syndromic patients;
② Patients with other physical abnormalities or congenital diseases;
③ Patients less than 12and the width of cleft is more than 10mm;
④ Patients or legal guardians are not willing to participate in this study.

The patients are routinely examined with spiral CT before surgery, and the patients were screened by the experienced and senior surgeons according to the examination results.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

研究者根据受试者的术前检查等原始资料，及时、准确、完整、清晰地记录在患者病例中，保存为纸质版和电子化两种记录。并备份保存于不同磁盘中，妥善保存，防止损坏。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Based on original records, the researchers document data accurately and completely in medical report in time，which is saved in two ways. And electronic data will be conserved and backup.
