To provide a more optimized anesthesia program for patients undergoing percutaneous nephrolithotripsy

纳入标准：

拟择期行经皮肾镜碎石术的患者
ASAII-III级，年龄>18岁，BMI<30kg/m2
无严重脑、肝、肾病史
通过伦理委员会审核且签署知情同意

Inclusion criteria

Patients who were scheduled to undergo percutaneous nephrolithotripsy
ASAII-III,Age>18,BMI<30kg/m2
No history of severe brain, liver or kidney disease
Approved by the ethics committee and signed informed consent

排除标准：

局部麻醉药过敏
穿刺部位有肿瘤或感染
有严重出血倾向者
患者及家属拒绝签署知情同意书
患者对研究中所使用的药物和器材有过敏的现象

Exclusion criteria：

Allergic to local anesthetics
There is a tumor or infection at the puncture site
Has the serious bleeding tendency
The patient and his family refused to sign the informed consent
The patients were allergic to the drugs and equipment used in the study
