研究目的：

1.明确二肽基肽酶4 (Dipeptidyl peptidase-4，DPP-4)对于干燥综合征（Sjogren's Syndrome，SS）患者淋巴细胞亚群分布频率、细胞因子分泌功能、自身抗体产生情况的影响。 2.microRNA-16（miR-16）作为参与淋巴细胞分化的重要调控因子，本研究将明确DPP-4对miR-16的影响以及与SS疾病状态、自身抗体和淋巴细胞亚群之间的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To clarify the effect of Dipeptidyl peptidase 4 (DPP-4) on the distribution frequency of lymphocyte subpopulation, cytokine secretion function and autoantibody production in patients with Sjogren's Syndrome (SS). 2. Microrna-16 (mir-16) is an important regulatory factor involved in lymphocyte differentiation. This study will clarify the influence of DPP-4 on mir-16 and the relationship between dpp-4 and SS disease status, autoantibodies and lymphocyte subsets.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、纳入临床确诊的SS患者
2、年龄在18-65岁之间
3、排除肿瘤，放化疗等疾病的影响
4、排除混合性结缔组织病的影响

Inclusion criteria

1. Included in the clinical diagnosis of SS patients;
2. Patients between 18-65 years old;
3. Exclude the influence of tumor, radiotherapy and chemotherapy;
4. Exclude the influence of mixed connective tissue disease.

排除标准：

1、临床诊断继发于混合结缔组织病的SS患者
2、年龄小于18岁或者大于65岁
3、合并肿瘤，或者正在接受放化疗的SS患者
4、不愿意提供资料的SS临床患者

Exclusion criteria：

1. The clinical diagnosis of SS was secondary to mixed connective tissue disease;
2. Patients younger than 18 or older than 65;
3. SS patients with tumor or undergoing radiotherapy and chemotherapy;
4. SS clinical patients who are not willing to provide information.
