研究目的：

探究右美托咪定对老年患者围术期神经认知功能障碍的影响，探索其影响机制。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of dexmedetomidine on perioperative neurocognitive disorders in elderly patients, and explore its mechanism.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄≥40岁，诊断为消化道恶性肿瘤的ASAI-III级择期手术患者，获得知情同意者

Inclusion criteria

1.aged ≥40 years old 2.diagnosed with gastrointestinal malignant tumor and proposed to undergo elective operative 3.ASA I-III 4.with informed consent

排除标准：

有中枢神经系统疾病或心理疾病病史、长期服用镇静镇痛药或抗抑郁药病史、酗酒及吸毒史、严重的听力或视觉障碍、严重传导阻滞、MMSE评分<23分、术中出现严重不良事件、右美托咪定禁忌及过敏者、二次手术。

Exclusion criteria：

1.History of central nervous system disease or psychological disease,2.Long-term history of taking sedative analgesics or antidepressants,3.History of alcohol and drug abuse,4.Severe hearing or visual impairment,5.Severe conduction block,6.MMSE score <23 points,7.Severe adverse reactions during surgery, 8.Dexmedetomidine contraindication and allergy sufferers, 9.Secondary surgery.
