研究目的：

本研究专注于构建基于血浆外泌体的肺结节鉴别诊断新模型，将通过对肺结节患者（90例早期肺癌患者，30例良性结节患者和 30例健康对照）的血清外泌体全转录组学测序初步筛选待测标志物。通过小样本验证队列（30例早期肺癌患者，10例良性结节患者和 20例健康对照）验证，筛选10-15个外泌体标志物，结合肺结节患者临床及影像特征，构建肺结节诊断模型。继而在更大的队列（200例肺癌，50例良性结节和150例健康对照）中验证模型的效用。  

Objectives of Study：

Outside of this study is focused on building based on plasma secrete pulmonary nodules differential diagnosis of the new model, will be on in patients with pulmonary nodules (90 cases of early lung cancer patients, 30 cases of benign nodules patients and 30 healthy controls) of serum secrete body whole transcriptome study sequencing preliminary screening markers by small sample under test validation queue (30 cases of early lung cancer patients, 10 patients with benign nodules and 20 cases of healthy controls), outside the screening of 10-15 secrete markers, combined with the clinical and imaging characteristics of patients with pulmonary nodules lung nodule diagnosis model was constructed The model was then validated in a larger cohort (200 lung cancers,50 benign nodules, and 150 healthy controls).

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄为大于18周岁，男女不限；
（2）拟接受手术治疗；
（3）术前影像学提示胸部结节（若多发结节，主病灶最大径＜3cm），术后病理诊断诊断明确；
（4）临床及预后信息完备；
（5）患者知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients older than 18 years old, male and female unlimited;
2. Patients to be operated;
3. Preoperative imaging showed that patients with chest nodules (if multiple nodules, the maximum diameter of the main focus was less than 3cm), and postoperative pathological diagnosis was clear;
4. Patients with complete clinical and prognostic information;
5. Informed consent of patients.

排除标准：

（1）合并其他种类肿瘤；
（2）有显著影响患者风险/获益平衡的任何重度或未控制的全身性疾病，包括未控制的高血压、乙型肝炎、丙型肝炎、艾滋病、风湿免疫性疾病等；
（3）有酗酒史或药物滥用史；
（4）怀孕或哺乳期女性患者；
（5）研究者认为不适合入组者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with other kinds of tumors;
2. Patients with any serious or uncontrolled systemic diseases that significantly affect the risk / benefit balance of patients, including uncontrolled hypertension, hepatitis B, hepatitis C, AIDS, rheumatic immune diseases, etc;
3. Patients with a history of alcohol or drug abuse;
4. Pregnant or lactating women;
5. The researchers think it is not suitable for the participants.
