Objectives of Study：

Evaluation of the effect of air and carbon dioxide on the comfort and complications of patients after gastroscopy

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.18~80周岁，男女不限。
2.接受电子胃镜检查患者。
3.签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients aged 18-80 years old, male and female unlimited;
2. Patients undergoing electronic gastroscopy;
3. Patients who sign informed consent.

排除标准：

1.有严重的心肺、神经系统疾病或处于休克、昏迷等不能耐受者。
2.疑有腹膜炎、严重腹胀者。
3.上消化道穿孔期。
4.有凝血机制障碍的出血性疾病者。
5.有腹水者。
6.有发热、急性咽喉炎、扁桃体炎者。
7.严重脊柱畸形。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary and nervous system diseases or intolerable to shock and coma;
2. Patients suspected of peritonitis and severe abdominal distention;
3. Patients with perforation of upper digestive tract;
4. Patients with haemorrhagic diseases with coagulation mechanism disorders;
5. Patients with ascites;
6. Patients with fever, acute pharyngitis and tonsillitis;
7. Patients with severe spinal deformity.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

使用CRF表收集数据，由3名研究员（李德锋、姚君、魏铖、）完成，并由1名研究者（王立生）进行核查，最终数据由2名研究者（师瑞月、刘婷婷）将上述数据库录入并提交至ResMan 临床试验公共管理平台（预计时间为前）

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The CRF table is used to collect data, which is completed by three researchers (Li Defeng, Yao Jun, Wei Cheng) and verified by one researcher (Wang Lisheng). The final data is entered by two researchers (Shi ruiyue, Liu Tingting) and submitted to the resman clinical trial public management platform (the expected time is before)
