明确超声引导下的星状神经节阻滞在防治急性肺损伤中的价值和可能机制。  

Objectives of Study：

To determine the value and possible mechanism of ultrasound-guided stellate ganglion block in the prevention and treatment of acute lung injury.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 签署知情同意书；
2. 年龄18-100岁；
3. ASA I-Ⅲ；
4. 可以有效沟通者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Signed informed consent;
2. Aged 18-100 years;
3. ASA I-III;
4. Effective communicators.

排除标准：

1. 无法使用超声诊断或治疗技术,包括超声使用禁忌症；
2. 有相关的药物过敏史；
3. 严重的精神障碍；
4. 酒精或吸毒成瘾史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. contraindications for ultrasound, include with contraindications for ultrasound;
2. have a history of related drug allergies;
3. Severe mental disorders;
4. history of alcohol or drug addiction.
