研究目的：

观察评估舌粘膜补片技术修复中上段长段输尿管狭窄的安全性和有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe and evaluate validity and safety of ureteroplasty with lingual mucosal grafts for long strictures of proximal and middle ureter.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄15～75岁；
2. 术前常规行B超、CT、磁共振水成像和逆行肾盂造影等检查诊断证实为输尿管狭窄；
3. 存在腰腹痛等症状或者双肾核素检查证实存在患侧肾功能损伤；
4. 不适合狭窄段切除端端吻合术；
5. 良性近段或者中段长段输尿管狭窄；
6. 自愿参加本研究，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients aged 15-75 years;
2. Patients with ureteral stricture confirmed by B-ultrasound, CT, MRI and retrograde pyelography before operation;
3. Patients with symptoms such as lumbago and abdominal pain or with renal function impairment confirmed by double renal nuclide examination;
4. It is not suitable for patients with stenosis resection and end-to-end anastomosis;
5. Patients with benign proximal or middle long ureteral stenosis;
6. Patients who voluntarily participated in the study and signed the informed consent.

排除标准：

1. 一般情况差，不能耐受手术者；
2. 凝血机制异常；
3. 活动性泌尿系感染；
4. 妊娠期妇女；
5. 精神障碍。
符合以上其中任何一条者，均不能纳入。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with poor general conditions who can not tolerate surgery;
2. Patients with abnormal coagulation mechanism;
3. Patients with active urinary tract infection;
4. Pregnant women;
5. Patients with mental disorders.
Any one of the above shall not be included.
