研究目的：

比较在婴儿和新生儿做桡动脉穿刺置管时，局部注射少量生理盐水、硝酸甘油或利多卡因对桡动脉穿刺置管的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the effect of local injection of a small amount of normal saline, nitroglycerin or lidocaine on radial artery catheterization in infants and neonates.

纳入标准：

0-1岁，经两名儿科麻醉医师确认需实施动脉穿刺置管术。

Inclusion criteria

0-1 year old,two pediatric anesthesiologists confirmed the need for radial artery catheterization.

排除标准：

穿刺部位感染、穿刺部位有畸形、Allen试验阳性者或患儿家属拒绝参与本项研究。

Exclusion criteria：

Infection at the puncture site, malformation at the puncture site, Allen test is positive, family members refuse to participate in the study.
