研究目的：

ASIR-V迭代重建技术能够很好的改善图像噪声，为了获得相同的图像质量，考虑结合低剂量联合能谱和ASIR-V迭代重建技术进一步降低缺血性脑卒中CT扫描的辐射剂量。  

Objectives of Study：

ASIR-V iterative reconstruction technology can improve the image noise very well. In order to obtain the same image quality, consider combining low-dose combined energy spectrum and ASIR-V iterative reconstruction technology to further reduce the radiation dose of CT scan of ischemic stroke.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

存在常见临床症状，拟诊急性缺血性脑卒中，经神经内科医生评估需要进行脑部CTP和头颈部CTA的患者。

Inclusion criteria

There are common clinical symptoms, and patients with acute ischemic stroke planned to undergo brain CTP and head and neck CTA as evaluated by a neurologist.

排除标准：

碘对比剂过敏，血管弹性差不能耐受高压注射，非增强横轴位扫描发现颅脑出血以及无法配合检查或检查失败的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Iodine contrast agent is allergic, poor vascular elasticity can not tolerate high-pressure injection, non-enhanced horizontal axis scan found patients with craniocerebral hemorrhage and failed to cooperate with the examination or failed examination
