研究目的：

1）验证BRTO在治疗胃静脉曲张方面的有效性和安全性； 2）评估BRTO与胃底组织胶注射术（ECA）在胃静脉曲张预防再出血方面的有效性和安全性的差异。  

Objectives of Study：

1) To identify the safety and efficiency of Balloon-occluded retrograde transvenous obliteration (BRTO) for prophylaxis of gastric variceal rebleeding; 2) To compare the safety and efficiency of BRTO and endoscopic cyanoacrilate injection(ECA) in prophylaxis of gastric variceal rebleeding.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）肝硬化失代偿期患者，年龄在 18-80 岁之间；
2）经胃镜证实的胃底静脉曲张破裂出血，伴或不伴有食管静脉曲张；
3）存在胃肾分流道（GRS）或胃腔分流道（GCS）。

Inclusion criteria

1) Decompensated liver cirrhosis, age at 18-80;
2) Evidenced gastric variceal bleeding history, with or without esophageal varices.
3) Presence of gastro-renal or gastro-caval shunt.

排除标准：

1）门静脉完全闭塞；
2）大量腹水；
3）心肺肝肾功能明显异常，严重重凝血功能障碍又无法纠正。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Complete obstruction of the portal vein;
2) Refractory and massive ascietes;
3) Severe dysfunction of the heart, lungs, liver, kidneys or blood coagulation.
