从单细胞分析水平明确肺癌免疫微环境改变  

Objectives of Study：

Analysis of tumor immune microenvironments based on single cell analysis

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

无药物干预 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

No treatment involved  

纳入标准：

1) 年龄：≥18岁；
2) 经病理学（包括组织学或细胞学）确诊的肺癌；
3) ECOG PS：0-2分；
4) 预计生存期≥3月；
5) 受试者自愿加入本研究，在任何试验相关流程实施之前签署书面知情同意书，依从性好，配合随访。

Inclusion criteria

1) age:≥18
2) pathologically diagnosed with lung cancer
3) ECOG PS0-2分
4) life expentancy≥3 months
5) patients are voluntered to signed informed consent.

排除标准：

1) 诊断不是肺癌的患者
2) 当前正在参与干预性临床研究治疗，或在首次给药前4周内接受过其他研究药物或研究器械治疗；
3) III-IV级充血性心力衰竭（纽约心脏病协会分级），控制不佳且有临床意义的心律失常；
4) 已知存在可能对遵从试验要求产生影响的精神疾病或药物滥用情况；
5) 已知有人类免疫缺陷病毒（HIV）感染史（即HIV 1/2 抗体 阳性），活动性肺结核；
6) 研究者认为不适合纳入者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) not diagnosed with lung cancer
2) involved in other clinical trials
3) congestive heart failure (stage III-IV), uncontroled arrhythmia
4) drug abuse or other mental disease
5) HIV infection or active tuberculosis
6) other situations that investigator think is not suitable for this study
