研究目的：

本研究旨在构建一组多中心高质量的急性椎-基底动脉闭塞性脑卒中取栓治疗患者的临床及生物样本库。并进一步构建临床问题的决策模型，对进一步的临床质量控制，手术模式及手术器械的改进等方面提供帮助。  

Objectives of Study：

Our study aimed to construct a high quality multi-center clinical and biological sample bank for patients with acute vertebrobasilar artery occlusion stroke and treated with endovascular treatment. Furthermore, the decision-making model of clinical problems is constructed to provide help for further clinical quality control, operation mode and improvement of surgical instruments.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

本研究的药物治疗及血管内治疗方案在不违反临床常规的前提下交由临床医生自由制定，本研究为观察性研究，对治疗方案不作要求。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

The medical treatment and endovascular treatment plan of this study are free to be made by the clinicians on the premise of not violating the clinical routine. This study is an observational study, and there is no requirement for the treatment plan. 

纳入标准：

1）年龄大于18岁，
2）入院时头颅影像学证实急性缺血性卒中并且血管学检查提示存在与临床症状相对应的椎动脉、基底动脉及大脑后动脉闭塞，
3）自症状加重（出现肢体瘫痪或意识状态改变）至就诊时间小于8小时，或超过8小时经功能影像学评估存在临床-影像不匹配，
4）发病前mRS评分小于等于2分，
5）患者家属知情同意后接受急诊血管内治疗。

Inclusion criteria

1) Over 18 years old,
2) At the time of admission, The brain imaging confirmed the acute ischemic stroke and the occlusion of vertebral artery, basilar artery and posterior cerebral artery, which is corresponding to the clinical symptoms,
3) The time from symptom aggravation (limb paralysis or change of consciousness state) to treatment is less than 8 hours, or there is evidence of clinical-image or perfusion-core mismatch after functional imaging evaluation.
4) The modified Rankin scale is no more than 2 points before onset of the disease.
5) Informed consent should be obtained from the patients or the family members before the procedurals.

排除标准：

由于各种原因导致动脉穿刺无法成功，手术未能进行。

Exclusion criteria：

The operation could not be carried out due to failed artery puncture for various reasons.
