研究目的：

研究不同吸氧浓度对宫腔镜手术空气栓塞的影响，将手术过程中空气栓塞潜在危险的风险降到最低  

Objectives of Study：

The effects of different oxygen concentrations on air embolization during hysteroscopic surgery were studied to minimize the risk of air embolization during this type of surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、择期行单纯宫腔镜手术；
2、ASA I-III级；
3、年龄：20-65岁。

Inclusion criteria

1. Choose a time to have a simple hysteroscopic surgery;
2. ASA I-III;
3. Aged 20-65 years old.

排除标准：

1、本研究不包括有瓣膜或先天性心脏病及其他心内结构明显异常者；
2、中转腹腔镜手术者；
3、长期服用雌孕激素史且合并栓塞性疾病及静脉血栓者；
4、拒绝行超声监测的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. In this study, patients with valvular or congenital heart disease and other obvious abnormalities in cardiac structure;
2. Transfer to laparoscopic surgery;
3. Long-term use of estrogen and progesterone and combined with embolism disease and venous thrombosis;
4. Patients who refuse to undergo ultrasound monitoring.
