研究目的：

① 获取慢性心力衰竭心气阴两虚证的特征蛋白质及代谢物； ② 构建诊断慢性心力衰竭心气阴两虚证的诊断模型并进行ROC曲线验证。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To obtain the characteristic proteins and metabolites of Qi Yin deficiency syndrome in chronic heart failure; 2. To construct a diagnosis model for chronic heart failure with qi and Yin deficiency syndrome and verify the ROC curve.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

a. 符合慢性心力衰竭西医诊断标准；
b. 符合慢性心力衰竭心气阴两虚证中医诊断标准；
c. 签署知情同意书者；
d. 年龄＜85岁的慢性心力衰竭患者；
e. 心力衰竭的基础病因为心血管疾患，如高血压、冠心病、心肌病等引起者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients who meet the western medicine diagnosis standard of chronic heart failure;
2. Patients who meet the TCM diagnostic standard of Heart Qi Yin deficiency syndrome of chronic heart failure;
3. Patients willing to sign informed consent;
4. Patients with chronic heart failure younger than 85 years old;
5. The basic disease of heart failure is caused by cardiovascular diseases such as hypertension, coronary heart disease, cardiomyopathy, etc..

排除标准：

a. 拒绝接受此项研究或近1月参加其他研究的患者；
b. 合并有严重肝、肾、造血系统疾病、恶性肿瘤的患者；依从性差。
c. 合并急性冠脉综合征、肺栓塞和急性脑血管病的患者；
d. 脏器移植患者；
e. 恶性肿瘤终末阶段恶病质状态患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who refuse to accept this study or participate in other studies in the past 1 month;
2. Patients with severe liver, kidney, hematopoietic system diseases and malignant tumors have poor compliance;
3. Patients with acute coronary syndrome, pulmonary embolism and acute cerebrovascular disease;
4. Organ transplant patients;
5. Patients with terminal stage cachexia.
