研究目的：

论证智能辅助高血压管理平台在临床应用中进行高血压管理的有效性和实用性。  

Objectives of Study：

Demonstrate the effectiveness and practicability of intelligent assisted hypertension management platform in the management of hypertension in clinical application.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄在18~75岁的高血压患者；
（2）所有入选对象均具有个人手机并可熟练应用及操作；
（3）所有对象均符合《中国高血压防治指南（2018版）》的诊断标准；
（4）签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Hypertensive patients aged 18-75 years;
(2) All selected subjects have personal mobile phones and can be applied and operated skillfully;
(3) All subjects met the diagnostic criteria of 2018 Chinese Guidelines for Prevention and Treatment of Hypertension.
(4) Those who sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）孕妇、计划怀孕或哺乳期妇女；
（2）有恶性肿瘤的患者；
（3）有痴呆或合并精神病、重度神经官能症者；
（4）不愿随访者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Pregnant women, women planning to conceive or lactating;
(2) Patients with malignant tumors;
(3) Those with dementia or complicated mental illness and severe neurosis;
(4) Those who do not want to follow up.

以研究医生为整群随机单元，平均每名医生负责约50名受试者。高血压智能管理组和传统管理组为对照组按照1:1比例，采用完全随机化方法进行随机分组。研究医生被分入哪一组，则他所管理的受试者进入哪一组。由统计人员使用SAS 9.4软件产生随机编码，据此随机编码对随机单元进行分组。

The study doctors were clustered random units, with an average of approximately 50 subjects per doctor. The hypertensive intelligent management group and the traditional management group were randomly grouped in a 1:1 ratio using a completely randomized method.
