研究目的：

探讨经皮肺血管成型术治疗纤维纵隔炎患者肺血管狭窄的安全性及疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate safety and efficacy of percutaneous pulmonary vascular angioplasty in patients with pulmonary vascular stenosis caused by fibrosing mediastinitis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

纤维纵隔炎患者满足以下任何一项：（1）肺血管狭窄导致肺高血压（右心导管提示肺动脉平均压≧25mmHg）；（2）反复咯血；（3）顽固性胸腔积液；（4）WHO功能分级Ⅱ级以上（包括Ⅱ级）或右心衰；（5）排除其它原因导致。

Inclusion criteria

FM patients having one of the following symptoms and/ or signs: (i) pulmonary hypertension caused by pulmonary vascular stenosis; (ii) recurrent hemoptysis; (iii) refractory pleural effusion; (iv) WHO functional class II or more or right heart failure; (v) Eliminate other causes.

排除标准：

（1）年龄＜18岁或＞80岁的患者；（2）存在认知障碍的患者；（3）由于肺部肿瘤、纵隔肿瘤等其他原因导致肺血管狭窄；（4）严重肾功能不全（肌酐清除率<30ml/min）；（5）血小板计数30×10^9/L；（6）系统性炎症、心脏瓣膜病。

Exclusion criteria：

（1）Patients younger than 18 or more than 80 years old; （2）Patients with cognitive impairment; （3）Pulmonary vascular stenosis due to lung tumor, mediastinal tumor and other reasons;（4）Severe renal insufficiency (creatinine clearance < 30ml / min);（5）Platelet count < 30 × 10^9/L;（6）Systemic inflammation, valvular heart disease;
