研究目的：

1、硬膜外分娩镇痛对产后抑郁发生率的影响； 2、脑电监测筛查产后抑郁的有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

1. The effect of epidural labor analgesia on the incidence of postpartum depression; 2. The effectiveness of EEG monitoring for postpartum depression.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

单胎、头位、孕周37~40W、体重指数22~30kg/m2、年龄22~32岁的初产妇。

Inclusion criteria

primipara with singleton, cephalic presenration, gestational age 37-40W, BMI 22-30kg/m2, 22-32 years old.

排除标准：

1、有精神疾病病史或家族史；
2、有中枢神经系统疾病病史；
3、有硬膜外镇痛禁忌症，如凝血功能障碍、中枢神经系统感染、全身感染、穿刺部位皮肤或软组织感染、椎管内疾病或手术史；
4、经剖宫产分娩的产妇。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Have a history of mental illness or family history of mental illness;
2. Have a history of central nervous system diseases;
3. There are contraindications for epidural analgesia, such as coagulopathy, central nervous system infection, systemic infection, skin or soft tissue infection at the puncture site, spinal canal disease or history of surgery;
4. Maternity after delivery by cesarean section.
