研究目的：

本研究旨在通过析因设计分析对比输液加温和充气保温两种主动保温方法在患者术中非计划性低体温发生现状及术后结局，为临床选择最佳保温方案提供参考依据，从而达到维持患者机体内环境稳定、减少术后并发症、提高临床诊疗及护理质量的目的。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to through the factorial design analysis contrast infusion heating and air insulation two active heating methods planned hypothermia occurred in patients who present situation and the postoperative outcome, provide reference for clinical choose the best heat preservation solution, so as to maintain the body's internal environment stable, reduce the postoperative complications, patients with purpose of improving the quality of the clinical diagnosis and treatment and nursing

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.全身麻醉，ASA分级为Ⅰ级 ~Ⅱ级；
2.行普外科开放手术并且采用平卧位；
3.年龄≥18岁，≤65岁，有基本的沟通交流能力；
4.手术时间≥1小时。

Inclusion criteria

1. General anesthesia, ASA class for Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ;
2. Open surgery of general surgery and supine position;
3. Age ≥18 years old, ≤65 years old, basic communication skills;
4. Operation time ≥1 hour.

排除标准：

1.术前体温异常；
2.有体温调节障碍或基础代谢性疾病患者（如甲亢、肥胖症患者）；
3.术前3d内存在感染或体温异常；
4.术前使用皮质类固醇药或免疫抑制剂；
5.孕妇。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Abnormal preoperative body temperature;
2. Patients with thermoregulatory disorders or basic metabolic diseases (such as hyperthyroidism and obesity);
3. Infection or abnormal body temperature existed in the preoperative 3d;
4. Preoperative use of corticosteroid or immunosuppressive agents;
5. Pregnant women.
