纳入标准：

年龄 ≥ 18岁, 预期寿命 ≥ 6个月, 体脂率(BMI) ≥18 kg/m2, 且有能力和意愿完成研究项目

Inclusion criteria

age ≥ 18 years, life expectancy ≥6 months, body mass index (BMI) ≥18 kg/m2, and capacity and willingness to execute the study protocol

排除标准：

在此研究前参与过其他有氧或抗阻训练, 或有其它影响进行抗阻训练的严重疾病

Exclusion criteria：

participating other aerobic or resistance training before this research, having contraindications for resistance training, and having other concurrent malignant diseases
