研究目的：

本研究的主要目的在于对比高脱位髋关节发育不良行全髋置换中是否行粗隆下截骨的效果，并探索行粗隆下截骨的手术指证，进一步指导临床决策、提高手术疗效及患者满意度。  

Objectives of Study：

The main purpose of this study is to compare the effect of with and without subtrochanteric osteotomy in total hip arthroplasty with high dislocated hips, and to explore the predictive indicators for subtrochanteric osteotomy, so as to further guide clinical decisions, and to improve the clinical outcome and the level of satisfaction in patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

高脱位髋关节发育不良患者包括Crowe IV型髋关节发育不良（基于骨盆前后位X线片显示近端股骨头向上移位程度，测量股骨头颈内侧交接部与泪滴连线之间的垂直距离大于骨盆垂直高度的20%），以及合并髋内翻、骨骺滑脱、既往化脓性髋关节炎的病例。

Inclusion criteria

Patients with high dislocated hips including Crowe IV hip dysplasia (based on the pelvis anteroposterior radiographs showing the subluxation of the proximal femoral head , measuring the vertical distance between the medial femoral head/neck junction and the bi-teardrop line greater than 20% of the vertical height of the pelvis ), and cases with coxa vara, epiphyseal slippage, and previous suppurative hip arthritis.

排除标准：

髋臼杯非解剖位安放，未行全髋置换病例，以及双侧病例仅行一侧手术。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients whose acetabular cup was placed in a non-anatomical position, patients without undergoing total hip arthroplasty, and patients undergoing only unbilateral surgery with bilateral hips affected.
