研究目的：

本研究旨在通过临床随机对照试验，探索海豚屋数字仿生训练系统对改善孤独症谱系障碍患儿的认知能力和核心症状方面的作用，为孤独症谱系障碍儿童的临床康复提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to explore the role of the dolphin house digital bionic training system in improving the cognitive ability and core symptoms of children with autism spectrum disorder through clinical randomized controlled trials, and provide a basis for the clinical rehabilitation of children with autism spectrum disorder.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）诊断符合美国《精神疾病诊断与统计手册第5版》（Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders-V，DSM-V）中关于孤独症的诊断标准；并根据孤独症诊断访谈量表修订版（Autism Diagnostic Interview-Revised，ADI-R）和儿童孤独症评定量表（Childhood?Autism?Rating?Scale，CARS）诊断为孤独症。
（2）年龄在3-12岁；
（3）监护人自愿接受治疗，并在治疗中积极配合并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1)Children and adolescents eligible for the trial were aged 3 to 12 years.
(2)With a diagnosis of an ASD according to the Autism Diagnostic Interview Revised , Childhood Autism Rating Scale and the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition.
(3)The parent or primary caregiver of each participant accepted the treatment, actively cooperated in the treatment and signed the informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）有视、听觉障碍等身体残疾及先天畸形的儿童；
（2）先前已在其他机构进行过治疗的儿童；
（3）由其他疾病引起的智力低下儿童；
（4）任何原因不能坚持6个月治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1)Children and adolescents were excluded from the trial if they had a diagnosis of visual disabilities, auditory disabilities or birth defects.
(2)Had previously treated at other facilities.
(3)Children with mental retardation caused by other diseases.
(4)Unable to continue treatment for 6 months for any reasons.
