研究目的：

多中心前瞻性评价亲缘半相合造血干细胞一线移植治疗儿童重型再生障碍性贫血的疗效性和安全性，并与非亲缘全相合供体造血干细胞移植进行比较。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of haploidentical hematopoietic stem cell transplantation for pediatric patients with severe aplastic anemia, and compare the outcomes of haploidentical hematopoietic stem cell transplantation with those of matched unrelated donor transplantation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.诊断为重型或极重型再生障碍性贫血；
2.年龄≤18岁；
3.缺乏合适的同胞全相合供体；
4.拥有合适的亲缘不全相合供体或非亲缘全相合供体；
5.移植前功能评分（Lansky) ≥80;
6.签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. diagnosed as severe aplastic anemia or very severe aplastic anemia;
2. aged <=18 years;
3. lacking a suitable MSD;
4. having a suitable mismatched related donor or matched unrelated donor;
5. having a Performance Status Score (Lansky) >=80;
6. signing informed consent.

排除标准：

1.先天性骨髓衰竭；
2.继发性骨髓衰竭；
3.既往行包含ATG免疫抑制治疗；
4.既往行造血干细胞移植；
5.活动性感染；
6.严重脏器功能不全。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) congenital aplastic anemia;
(2) secondary aplastic anemia;
(3) previous treatment with ATG;
(4) prior HSCT;
(5) active infection;
(6) severe organ dysfunctions.
