研究目的：

筛查和评估胰体尾切除术相关围术期并发症的危险因素； 筛查和评估影响胰体尾切除术预后的危险因素； 建立新的胰体尾切除术相关围术期并发症的风险模型和影响预后的风险模型并验证。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the risk factors for peri-operative complications after distal pancreatectomy; To evaluate the risk factors for long-term survival after distal pancreatectomy; To establish and validate new risk models for peri-operative complications and proportional hazards models for long-term survival after distal pancreatectomy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

-签名的带日期的知情同意书
-承诺遵守研究程序，并配合实施全过程研究
-大于18岁的成年患者
-2020年7月-2025年6月期间所有于上海交通大学医学院附属瑞金医院胰腺外科病房行胰体尾切除术的患者

Inclusion criteria

-Patients who signed informed consent
-Patients who pledge to abide by the research procedures and cooperate with the investigators
-Patients older than 18 years old
-All patients who underwent distal pancreatectomy in Ruijin Hospital from July 2020 to June 2025

排除标准：

-拒绝签署知情同意书
-不配合研究工作（如术后随访等）
-存在可能对研究造成影响的相关精神基础疾病的患者
-研究者认为不适合纳入研究的患者

Exclusion criteria：

-Patients who refuse to sign informed consent
-Patients who cannot cooperate with the research work (such as postoperative follow-up, etc.)
-Patients with underlying mental illnesses that may affect the research work
-Patients whom the investigator believes are not suitable for inclusion in the study
