研究目的：

探究连续胸椎旁神经阻滞对胸科手术术后疼痛作用；探索最佳术后镇痛方式。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore analgesic improvement in patients undergoing pneumonectomy by ultrasound guided continuous thoracic paravertebral block.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.肺叶切除术患者；
2.年龄为20-70岁；
3.ASA分级I-Ⅲ级。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patient who agree with Regional and General Anesthesia for pneumonectomy;
2. ASA grade I to III;
3. Ablity to comprehend visual analogue scale (VAS) pain scoring system or use patient controlled analgesia (PCA) pump.

排除标准：

1.凝血功能障碍；
2.精神病患者；
3.拒绝试验者；
4.参与其他试验者；
5.穿刺部位解剖结构异常，并不能辨认。

Exclusion criteria：

The patient with coagulation disorders,mental disorder,rejection to take part in this study,having attended other studies,and anatomical abnormality.
