研究目的：

1. 主要目的：明确双节段人工颈椎间盘置换术后佩戴颈托制动的临床效果及对患者的影响。 2. 次要目的：探究双节段人工颈椎间盘置换术后不同颈部制动时间对患者疗效的影响，以期明确最佳颈部制动策略。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Main objective: to clarify the effect of cervical collars on clinical and radiographical outcomes after bi-level cervical disc arthroplasty. 2. Secondary purpose:to compare the clinical and radiographical outcomes among different cervical collar groups, to investigate the utility and best instruction of cervical collars for enhanced recovery after bi-level cervical disc arthroplasty.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄在18岁至60岁之间；（2）行双节段人工颈椎间盘置换术的患者；（3）知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age 18-60 years; (2) Underwent bi-level cervical disc arthroplasty; (3) Willing to comply study plan and sign informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）既往曾有颈部手术史；（2）合并肿瘤、精神障碍者；（3）预计依从性差，不能配合完成随访者；（4）正在参与其他研究项目者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Any prior surgery at any cervical level; (2) Patients with active malignancy or reported to have a mental illness; (3) Patients who are unable to cooperate with the completion of the following; (4) Participating in any other study projects.
