研究目的：

本研究的目的是推测婴儿胸骨角平面定位为适合的颈内静脉置管深度体表标记，减少置管深度引起的并发症。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to speculate that the sternal angle plane of the baby is positioned as a suitable body surface marker for the depth of the internal jugular vein catheterization to reduce complications caused by the catheterization depth.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

① 心脏手术患儿行右颈内静脉穿刺置管术；
② 1月≤年龄≤12月；
③ 凝血正常；
④ 签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Children with cardiac surgery underwent right internal jugular vein catheterization;
2. 1 month <= age <= 12 months;
3. Normal blood coagulation;
4. Signed informed consent.

排除标准：

① 颈胸部皮肤无感染、破损；
② 患儿信息登记不全；
③ 颈内静脉畸形；
④ 无法实施颈内静脉置管；
⑤ 胸骨角或锁骨上切迹触摸不清。

Exclusion criteria：

1. With infection or damage to the neck and chest skin;
2. Incomplete information registration of the child;
3. Injury of internal jugular vein;
4. Cannot perform internal jugular vein catheterization;
5. Unclear touch of sternal angle or supraclavicular notch.
