研究目的：

本研究通过MIMIC III数据库筛选出反映AKI预后的相关生物标记物，如血清离子钙，总钙，氯离子等，然后在我院重症监护室（ICU）实施前瞻性、观察性研究，进一步探讨验证此类标记物是否同样影响本地区重症AKI患者的预后，期望能够获得一组特异性和敏感性良好、简单、容易获取的生物标记物，进行早期AKI预后判断以及实施更有效的干预，减少病死率及家庭社会负担，具有重大的现实和经济价值。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, the MIMIC III database was used to screen out relevant biomarkers reflecting the prognosis of AKI, such as serum ionized calcium total calcium chloride, etc., and then prospective observational studies were conducted in our intensive care unit (ICU) to further investigate whether these markers are the same. Affecting the prognosis of patients with severe AKI in this region is expected to obtain a set of biomarkers with specificity, sensitivity, simplicity, and easy access, early stage AKI prognosis, and more effective interventions to reduce mortality and family social burden. Significant reality and economic value.

纳入标准：

1. 入ICU患者，APACHE II评分>8分；
2.按照KDIGO标准诊断AKI患者；年龄>18岁；

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients admitted to ICU, APACHE II score> 8 points;
2. AKI patients diagnosed according to KDIGO criteria; age> 18 years;

排除标准：

1. 濒临死亡或严重休克复苏失败者；
2. 存在严重肝、肾功能不全，恶性肿瘤终末期者；
3. 终末期肾病（ESRD），长期维持性透析患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Failure to recover from death or severe shock;
2. Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction and end stage of malignant tumor;
3. End-stage renal disease (ESRD), patients with long-term maintenance dialysis;
