收集有资格接受静脉溶栓/血管内治疗的急性缺血性中风患者，并分析入选的肾功能不全的患者，观察静脉溶栓/血管内治疗对急性缺血性中风肾功能不全患者的观察效果

To collect patients with acute ischemic stroke who are eligible for intravenous thrombolysis / endovascular treatment, and analyze the enrolled patients with renal insufficiency,Observed Effect of intravenous thrombolysis / endovascular treatment on acute ischemic stroke patients with renal insufficiency

纳入标准：

1.急性缺血性中风患者。
2.发病后6小时内入院。

Inclusion criteria

Entry criteria:
1. Patients with acute ischemic stroke.
2. Admitted within 6 hours of onset.

排除标准：

肾功能正常。

Normal renal function
