研究目的：

比较不同入路硬膜外阻滞治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the effect of different approaches to epidural block in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）患者年龄在20-80岁之间；（2）经CT或MRI证实存在单侧腰椎间盘突出证据，并与临床表现一致；（3）患者存在腰背痛伴有单侧下肢放射性疼痛，并和影像学证据一致；（4）患者腰背痛及下肢疼痛NRS评分≥3分。

Inclusion criteria

(1) the age of the patient is between 20 and 80 years old;(2) the evidence of unilateral lumbar disc herniation was confirmed by CT or MRI, which was consistent with the clinical manifestations;(3) the patient had low back pain accompanied by unilateral lower limb radiation pain, which was consistent with the imaging evidence;(4) NRS score of patients with low back pain and lower limb pain ≥3.

排除标准：

（1）不能配合随访信息收集的患者（如精神病史、对答不确切者）；（2）急性腰椎间盘突出导致马尾综合征及下肢严重肌力障碍患者；（3）全身或穿刺部位感染、肿瘤患者、凝血功能障碍患者；（4）曾行腰椎开放手术患者;（5）中央椎管狭窄或侧隐窝狭窄严重、椎间盘脱出或游离患者；（6）对局麻药或者造影剂（欧乃派克）过敏患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) patients who can not cooperate with the follow-up information collection (such as the history of mental illness and inaccurate answers);(2) patients with acute lumbar disc herniation resulting in cauda equina syndrome and severe muscle strength disorder of lower limbs;(3) patients with systemic or puncture site infection, tumor, and coagulation dysfunction;(4) patients who had undergone lumbar open surgery;(5) patients with severe central spinal stenosis or lateral recess stenosis, disc prolapse or dissociation;(6) patients who are allergic to local anesthetics or contrast agents (onepak).
