研究目的：

评估勾头缩喉吞咽法对接受食管切除术的患者吞咽功能的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this research was to estimate the effect of Chin-down-plus-larynx-tightening maneuver on swallowing function for patients receiving esophagectomy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）根据治疗前的活检样本诊断为胸段食管癌； （2）年龄≤70岁； （3）进行McKeown微创食管切除术； （4）患者知情同意并自愿参加本研究。

Inclusion criteria

(1) diagnosed with carcinoma of the thoracic oesophagus based on pretreatment biopsy samples; (2) age≤70 years; (3) undergoing McKeown minimally invasive esophagectomy; (4) Patients informed consent and volunteered to this study.

排除标准：

（1）紧急或开放手术； （2）术前接受放射治疗； （3）严重并发症，可能导致患者停止进食，如吻合口漏； （四）合并帕金森病，脑梗塞等严重器质性疾病； （5）记录的精神分裂症或精神病史； （6）无法进行语言交流或文字理解。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) emergency or open surgery; (2) undergoing radiotherapy before surgery; (3)with severe complications which may cause patients to stop feeding such as anastomotic leakage; (4) merged with Parkinson's disease, cerebral infarction, and other serious organic diseases; (5) a documented history of schizophrenia or psychosis; (6) inability to perform language communication or text understanding.
