探讨急性期他汀使用对卒中后肺炎的发生风险、严重程度、临床结局的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effect of statin in the acute phase on the risk, severity and clinical outcome of poststroke pneumonia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.确诊首次急性缺血性卒中并于3天内住院；
2.年龄≥18岁。

Inclusion criteria

(1) acute ischemic stroke diagnosed on admission according to the World Health Organization (WHO) criteria;
(2) aged >= 18 years; and
(3) time from onset to admission <= 3 days.

排除标准：

1.卒中前或住院期间预防性使用了抗生素；
2.患有感染性疾病或免疫性疾病；
3.接受了免疫球蛋白治疗或免疫抑制药物；
4.非急性期内使用了他汀；
5.卒中后肺炎外的卒中后的感染；
6.妊娠。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) a history of stroke or transient ischemic attack (TIA);
(2) prophylactic antibiotics therapy before stroke or during hospitalization;
(3) suffering from infectious or immunologic disease before stroke, or receiving immunoglobulin therapies or immunosuppressive medications;
(4) statin treatment during non-acute phase (prior to stroke onset or at a later time point during the hospital stays);
(5) pregnancy; and
(6) other post-stroke infections (non-SAP).
