研究目的：

1.通过全国多中心调研，研究中国人耳硬化患者临床患病率、人口分布、性别、家族史等流行病学资料。 2.通过全国多中心颞骨组织标本，研究中国人组织耳硬化流行病学数据资料。 3.对全国范围内多中心耳硬化患者进行听力学一级伴随症状等分析，研究中国人耳硬化患者症状、伴随症状分析。 4.通过对各中心诊治的耳硬化患者手术方式、镫骨假体测量长度、术后效果评价，探究中国人耳硬化治疗效果相关参数。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To study the clinical prevalence, population distribution, gender, family history and other epidemiological data of otosclerosis patients in China with multi-center survey. 2. To study the epidemiological data of otosclerosis in China with multi-center survey. 3.To study the symptoms and concomitant symptoms of Chinese patients with otosclerosis. 4.To explore the parameters related to the therapeutic effect of Chinese patients with otosclerosis.

纳入标准：

按照耳硬化诊断标准纳入研究。

Inclusion criteria

patients meet with the diagnostic criteria of otosclerosis.

排除标准：

对于急、慢性中耳炎症性疾病、内耳疾病、以及听骨链畸形等先天性疾病所导致的听力损失予排除。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with acute and chronic inflammatory diseases of middle ear, inner ear diseases and congenital diseases such as ossicular chain malformation were excluded.
