1.筛选与GDM子代肥胖相关菌群; 2.研究不同出生方式对GDM子代菌群的调节作用。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To scan the expression profile of gut bacteria in offsprings of gestational diabetes mellitus. 2. To investigate the regulator role in different delivery manners on gut bacteria in offsprings of gestational diabetes mellitus.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

美国麻醉医师协会（ASA）分级I-II级；年龄18～45岁，身高150～175cm；孕37～42周，单胎，头位；符合美国糖尿病协会（ADA）《糖尿病诊疗标准（2019）》GDM诊断标准；获取知情同意，志愿受试。

Inclusion criteria

ASA class I~II, age ranging from 18 to 45, height from 150 to 175cm, single fetal, head position, meet with the diagnosis criteria of gestational diabetes mellitus laid down by ADA, achieve informed consent of subjects.

排除标准：

孕前有I型或2型糖尿病，或糖耐量异常的多囊卵巢综合症；合并慢性高血压、慢性肾炎等慢性病史者；分娩前1个月使用抗生素及微生态制剂；宫内感染；新生儿先天胃肠道畸形、先天性遗传代谢病，严重先天性心脏病等疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

Pre-pregnancy type 1 or type 2 diabetes, or polycystic ovary syndrome with impaired glucose tolerance. patients with chronic history of chronic hypertension, chronic nephritis, etc. Use of antibiotics and microecological preparations 1 month before delivery. intrauterine infection. Congenital gastrointestinal malformations, congenital genetic metabolic diseases, severe congenital heart disease, and other diseases.
