研究目的：

术前平衡训练对全膝关节置换术术后康复的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Effect of preoperative balance training on postoperative recovery of total knee arthroplasty.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 单侧膝关节骨性关节炎患者；
2. 行首次全膝关节置换术手术的患者；
3. 对侧膝关节、髋关节、踝关节无不适的患者；
4. 选用同一厂家、同种材料假体；
5. 有患者及家属知情同意，自愿配合，签订知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with unilateral knee osteoarthritis;
2. Patients undergoing the Primary total knee arthroplasty;
3. Patients with no discomfort of the contralateral knee, hip and ankle joints;
4. Choose the same material from the same manufacturer;
5. With the informed consent of the patient and his/her family, he/she voluntarily cooperated and signed the informed consent.

排除标准：

1. 严重心、肾、心、肺功能不全者，肿瘤者；
2. 风湿病、糖尿病或前庭功能障碍的患者；
3. 神经肌肉系统疾病，如中风、帕金森、末梢神经疾病等；
4. TKA既往有关节感染或合并严重的内科疾病使行走受限。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe cardiac, renal, cardiac and pulmonary insufficiency;
2. Patients with rheumatism, diabetes or vestibular dysfunction;
3. Neuromuscular diseases, such as stroke, Parkinson's disease, peripheral nerve diseases, etc.
4. Previous TKA joint infections or severe medical conditions may limit walking.
