研究目的：

明确抗过敏措施对原发性IgE相关性唾液腺疾病的治疗作用，初步建立规范的IgE相关性唾液腺疾病的临床诊疗程序。  

Objectives of Study：

To clarify the therapeutic effect of antiallergic measures on primary IgE-related salivary gland diseases, and initially establish standardized clinical diagnosis and treatment procedures for IgE-related salivary gland diseases.

纳入标准：

研究人群为在北京大学口腔医院口腔颌面外科就诊、唾液腺肿胀、有过敏史或过敏症状，伴血清及组织内IgE升高，不能诊断为其他IgE相关性唾液腺疾病的患者。

Inclusion criteria

Patients who have been treated in oral and maxillofacial surgery of Peking University Hospital of Stomatology, with swelling of salivary glands, allergic history or symptoms, elevated serum and tissue IgE, and cannot be diagnosed as other IgE-related salivary gland diseases.

排除标准：

1. 已明确诊断为其他自身免疫性疾病或过敏性疾病并正在接受其他抗过敏或免疫调节治疗的患者；
2. 伴有严重的、未能得到有效控制的全身性疾病患者；
3. 伴发的过敏性疾病症状明显，可能引起严重的全身症状，需进行其他抗过敏治疗的患者；
4. 病人无法按时随访及复诊的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who have been diagnosed as other autoimmune diseases or allergic diseases and receiving other antiallergic or immunoregulatory treatments;
2. Patients with severe systemic diseases that cannot be effectively controlled;
3. Patients with obvious symptoms of allergic diseases that may cause serious systemic symptoms and need other anti-allergic treatment;
4. Patients who cannot be followed up and visited on time.

原始数据在按要求完成数据录入和核查后，按编号的顺序归档保存，并填有检索目录等，以备查考。电子数据文件包括数据库、检查程序、分析程序、分析结果、编码本和说明文件等，应分类保存，并有多个备份保存于不同磁盘或记录介质上，妥善保存，防止损坏。
