研究目的:

人工智能的深度学习算法因其在图像识别任务中的优异表现而受到广泛关注。本研究旨在开发一种基于卷积神经网络(CNN)的计算机辅助诊断(CAD)系统来协助诊断垂体微腺瘤患者。  

Objectives of Study:

Deep learning algorithms are gaining extensive attention for their excellent performance in image recognition tasks. This study was designed to develop a computer-aided diagnosis (CAD) system based on a convolutional neural network (CNN) to diagnose patients with micro-pituitary adenoma.

纳入标准:

所有MRI图像来源于中山大学附属第三医院和中山大学孙逸仙纪念医院,时间起自2012年1月1日至2019年12月31日。所有MRI图像没有基于年龄、性别、种族、基础病等排除标准。

Inclusion criteria

MRI images (GEPhilips company) were selected from retrospective cohorts of adult patients from the third affiliated hospital of Sun Yat-sen University (SYSU) and Sun yat-sen memorial hospital of SYSU from January 1, 2012 to December 1, 2019. All MRI imaging was performed as part of patients routine clinical care.

所有MRI图像没有基于年龄、性别、种族、基础病等排除标准。
