研究目的：

本课题旨在对比低强度脉冲超声与短波透热治疗膝骨关节炎的有效性、安全性，获得适用于临床推广的膝骨性关节炎疾病物理治疗方案  

Objectives of Study：

To determine the efficacy of efficacy and safety of focused low-intensity pulsed ultrasound therapy versus pulsed short-wave diathermy for the management of knee osteoarthritis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

① 符合美国风湿病学会于年制定的KOA诊断标准。
② 患者年龄≥40岁，性别不限。
③ 符合放射学病情分级标准(KelIgren&Lawrence法)I-III级。（见KelIgren& Lawrence分级）
④ 6个月内未使用过皮质激素类药物。
⑤ 2周内未使用非甾体抗炎药、玻璃酸钠、全身慢作用药等相关治疗方案者。
⑥ 签署受试者知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.age ≥ 40 years;2.knee OA fulfilling the ACR classification criteria;3.Kellgren & Lawrence class rating of
II, and III;4.knee pain, and limitation on most days within the past 6 months.

排除标准：

① 风湿和类风湿关节炎、感染性关节炎、痛风性关节炎等其他关节疾患；
② 膝关节局部皮肤破溃、皮肤感染、严重手术或外伤性瘢痕、关节局部恶性肿瘤及关节置换术患者。
③ 排除其他原因引起的关节疼痛及功能障碍的患者。
④ 伴有活动性消化道溃疡及出血、严重肾、肝功能不全或凝血功能障碍出血倾向的患者。
⑤ 患有严重器质性心脏病，如心肌梗塞、心力衰竭、严重心律失常、心脏起搏器植入的患者及未经治疗或药物不能控制的高血压患者。
⑥ 合并严重神经、精神疾病不能配合医生治疗的患者。
⑦ 合并全身胶原结缔组织疾病患者，如系统性红斑狼疮等。
⑧ 无法理解问卷调查的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.rheumatoid arthritis, gouty arthritis, infectious arthritis;2.a history of knee joint replacement on the study
knee;3.current or past (within 6 months) oral or intra-articular corticosteroid use;4.physiotherapy, acupuncture
treatment, the use of exercises specifically for the knee within the past 6 months;5.a medical condition that precludes safe exercise (such as uncontrolled hypertension, a heart condition, hematological diseases coagulopathy,
gastrointestinal ulcers, or a hemorrhage);6.a history of taking NSAIDs or symptomatic slow-acting drugs for OA
(diacerein, hyaluronic acid) within the previous 30 days;7.or theinability to complete the study.

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Participants were assigned into group I (FLIPUS) or group II (pulsed SWD) at a 1:1 ratio in a random and double-blinded manner. Randomization was performed using a computer generated list of random numbers, and was stratified by gender to ensure equal numbers of males and females in each group.
