研究目的：

颌面部大范围的软硬组织缺损一直是临床治疗的难点，3D打印技术PEEK材料进行修复，提升缺损区域的修复精准度，降低由于医师操作带来的差异，有效缩短手术时间，最终实现术区美学和功能恢复，并且推动PEEK在我国颅颌面缺损修复中的应用。  

Objectives of Study：

A wide range of soft and hard tissue defects of the maxillofacial region have always been difficult for clinical treatment. Treatment of PEEK material based on 3D printing technology is used to repair, and improve the accuracy of repairment of the defect area, as well as reduce the difference caused by the doctor's operation, shorten the operation time effectively, and finally achieve the operation.Aiming at Aesthetic and functional recovery of the defects of the maxillofacial region, and promoting the application of PEEK in the repair of craniofacial defects in China.

纳入标准：

颌面畸形与缺损，且不接受第二术区的患者；
年龄18-50岁；
对试验知情并同意参与者。

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients with maxillofacial deformities and defects who do not accept the second surgical area
2.Patients aged 18 to 50 years
3.Patients who are aware of and agree to participate in the trial.

排除标准：

吸烟史；
怀孕或备孕；
长期服用激素；
慢性系统性疾病；
心理疾病者；
对试验知情并拒绝参与者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with smoking history
2.Pregnancy
3.Long-term use of hormones
4.Patients with chronic systemic diseases
5.Patients with psychological diseases
6.Patients who do not agree to participate in the study program
