急性眼表损伤；角膜上皮缺损

Inclusion criteria

acute ocular surface injury <3 days;corneal epithelial defect.

排除标准：

眼部手术史，长期镇痛药物史

Exclusion criteria：

previous eye surgery history, long-term use of analgesics
